Returns/Exchanges

Returns are not accepted. Exchanges will only be authorized for defective merchandise. To be considered for an exchange, you must first contact Maeve Creations LLC AND send pictures indicating the damage to linzy@maevecreations.com. Once your exchange is approved, we will send you an email with the next steps. You will receive the same color/style/size that was originally ordered. All requests for an exchange must be received by Maeve Creations LLC within 7 business days of delivery receipt.
